- Create an Okta user group for external partners (like MIT) that doesn't include rank data

- √ Accept and properly display Stage 2 attachments and control visibility

- Move the Snapshot to it's own tab for any proposal that reaches Stage 2

Universal Template
- Create a universal display template to be used across all competitions

Curation
- Create LfC-desired curation features to share proposal information with donors, partners:
  - Enhance faceted search
    - Add and organize facets
    - Add text search within facets
  - Group a subset of proposals
    - From multiple competitions
    - By various criteria
  - Strip out unneeded parts (fields, attachments)
    - Allow users to select which elements of a proposal to share
  - Share the results as well-packaged units with high production value
    - Books (PDFs)
    - URLs
  - Add tagging functionality
    - Permissions and use (for example, "This proposal was shared with XYZ" or "Don't share this")
    - Subject areas (for example, LEGO wants to put proposals into buckets by program area)
    - Donor deliberation within individual competition wikis
Data Sharing
- Support LfC's effort to define their data sharing policies

Design
- Begin deploying LfC brand standards across new competitions
